On Boarding

At Fitness Grid, we believe the coach-client relationship is extremely important.

 

Every client begins with a 1-on-1 consultation with a coach, where we review your goals, experience and current lifestyle habits.

Assessment

We as coaches will take you through a three-part assessment (Body, Move, Work)


We will measure your body composition, screen movement patterns, and test your work capacity to determine your strengths and weaknesses.

Training Program

Of course, we will provide you with a custom training programme which will be the key to sculpting your physique.

 

We also provide you with a detailed training guide which breaks down the main elements of training correctly for muscle growth. 

Meal Plan

Not only we'll provide you with customized nutrition plan, meal idea menus and recipe packs, but we also provide a detailed nutrition guide.

 

In the guide we want to educate you on your nutrition. We want this to be as sustainable as possible in the long term, to help you achieve your goals forever!

Lifestyle Coaching

The most important thing is that you can fit your life around your fitness journey rather than having to fit your life around fitness.

Therefore, we use simple, proven methods to get you to your goals without having a restrictive diet or workouts which take up your whole day.

Monthly Consultation

Our level of 1-1 support is unmatched, and will be vital when it comes to you making incredible progress.

We will check-in with you on a weekly basis where we will clear up any uncertainty.

Accountability and support is crucial for you to achieve top results, and you’ll receive that in abundance with me as your coach.

THE WORKOUT PROGRAM

All training programs are made custom to your current fitness level after consultation with me.
 
And will be delivered every Sunday via Everfit.io mobile app, to keep all your training data from the entirety of your time with me. 

This will also come with a video demonstration and description of every single exercise for you.

With the App, I will also track your progress – Via Progress Photos, so we can visually see the effects the program is having on your physique. Via scale weight, so we can see the kilo’s dropping off. Finally, via tape measure measurements, which I will teach you to do at home, so you can quantify how your body is changing shape. 

THE MEAL PLAN

Nutrition is going to play a key role in the achievement of your fat loss or muscle building goals. Having this essential component nailed is going to make your fitness journey so much simpler.

That is why I ensure you will be fully supported throughout, with a personalised calorie and macro goal specific to your fitness goals. This will help to maximise your results.

I have a flexible approach to nutrition; this means you will be able to still eat the foods you love and achieve your goals. No fads or food groups will be cut out, this will make it sustainable and allow you to build healthy habits to take forwards in life.

And with the integrated Food Journal, we will also have a instagram-like feature where you can post your delicious meals in the app

WHY CHOOSE ME?

Since I was a teenager, I have always struggle with body image. Growing up, I was a really skinny boy, during my puberty I experienced sudden growth and I shot up like a bamboo. Although the extra surge of height was added to my body, but I was a stick thin figure.

The lanky body figure lowered my self-esteem and I feel more feminine than being a masculine. The image lasted throughout high school and stepping into college i decided I have to make a change.
 

Since joining the college gym, I researched and done everything i can to seek knowledge. However, instead of referring to a scientific and accredited method. I was just looking into the latest fad and referring to most "Gym Bros". With that in mind, instead of empowering myself with the right knowledge, I was "ego lifting" and finally injured myself.

It was making my journey to achieve my ideal body even harder. It as then, I had to drop my ego went to study and geek out the right way and with accredited & top quality educators. Firstly to save myself, but I learned amazing things that act as a rule in getting fit no matter your age, physical shape or experience. For me, getting an international recognized certification with NASM and OPEX Fitness was my first introduction to having thoughtful coaching & workout structure.
 

Now I have reached the best form of my life, moving well and looking good naked. However, most importantly I finally feel good and in control which gives me the peace of mind. On the way I developed the desire to help others too as I see so many jump into the same trap and get poor results. I don't want you to go through these mistakes and shortcut right to what works.

I have worked with ten's of clients over the past 3 years and my goal is to help more people to live their life pain free and helping them to look good naked!

But no matter how important my own goals are. I

will always be brining CLIENT RESULTS that they desire.

WHO DO I WORK WITH?

I will say that I don’t just work with anybody and everybody.

 

Firstly, I like to work with people who are serious about making changes to their physique - that’s the base of the programme. Yes, I make it suited to fit around your lifestyle, but you HAVE to be serious about making progress.

 

I only like to work with people whose goals are extremely important to them - at minimum an 8 out of 10 on an importance scale. If you can’t honestly say that your goals are an 8/10 or above then please don’t apply! I don’t want you to waste your time & money on something you don’t really care about, and I don’t want you to waste my time as I seriously care about your progress!

 

You’ve got to be willing to put the work in to achieve your goals. I understand you may be a busy person, but I make all plans suited to fit around your lifestyle. So we will squash any initial barriers on our call and then get to work!

 

You have to be in a position to listen and accept any help & advice I provide you with. It’s of my best interest to help you to get better and improve, so anything I provide you with is to aid your progress toward your goal. Be open minded and be ready to learn!

 

My clients aren’t there to fill my pay-check, but to get an incredible result. The best thing for me is for a client to get a result, it gives me great fulfilment & it means you get to get in insane shape!!
