INDIVIDUALIZED FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
1. LET'S TALK
At Fitness Grid, we believe the coach-client relationship is extremely important.
Every client begins with a 1-on-1 consultation with a coach, where we review your goals, experience and current lifestyle habits.
2. ASSESSMENT
Your coach will take you through a three-part assessment (Body, Move, Work)
We will measure your body composition, screen movement patterns, and test your work capacity to determine your strengths and weaknesses.
3. TRAINING
You train when it’s convenient for you. All workouts and communication will be delivered by your coach every Sunday via the EverFit mobile app.
All training is performed in a semi-private open gym setting with a professional floor coach present or at the comfort of your home with your available equipment.
4. LIFESTYLE
While most gyms focus on the 1 hour of your day you spend in the gym, our secret sauce is in the remaining 23 hours.
Your coach will help optimize your nutrition, lifestyle and recovery to maximize the results you get from your time in the gym.
5. MONTHLY CHECK-INS
We pride ourselves on delivering tangible, practical and sustainable results to our clients.
Every month you will sit down with your coach to evaluate your progress and reassess your programming. Your program evolves as you grow.
